Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StakeIPL (https://stakeipl.bet), including signing in via Google or Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Description of Service

StakeIPLis a promotion management platform for verified Stake users participating in the “Early Six” IPL promotion. The platform allows eligible users to submit bet entries for review and potential payout by the promotion administrators. StakeIPL is an independent platform and is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Stake.com or its parent companies.

Eligibility

To use this platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Stake account registered under promo code BET100
• Have a Google account (for standard user sign-in)
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited

Account & Authentication

Authentication is handled exclusively via Google OAuth (for users) and Discord OAuth (for administrators). You are responsible for the security of your Google or Discord account. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from a compromise of your OAuth provider credentials. You may only maintain one account per email address. By signing in you authorise StakeIPL to store the profile data described in our Privacy Policy.

Bet Submission Rules

When submitting bet entries through this platform:

• Only one submission is permitted per match per account
• Bet links must originate from approved Stake domains only
• Submissions are limited to sport bet links for IPL Winner (Incl. Super Over) markets
• Your bet statistics must not be set to private/hidden on Stake
• Attempts to submit fraudulent, duplicate, or manipulated bet links will result in disqualification and may result in a permanent ban

Rate Limiting & Fair Use

The platform enforces rate limits on submissions (maximum 5 per 10 minutes per client). Attempts to circumvent rate limits, perform automated submissions, or abuse the platform in any way are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Intellectual Property

All content on StakeIPL, including design, text, graphics, and code, is the property of StakeIPL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The IPL logo, team names, and Stake brand assets are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or manipulated bet information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin features
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another user or administrator
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security systems

Disclaimer of Warranties

StakeIPLis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Payout decisions are at the sole discretion of the promotion administrators and are final.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StakeIPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or profits.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
